Chef/Sandwich Maker

We require a chef/sandwich maker to work 5 days out of 7 between 8.30am and 5pm. Holiday cover for our full time chef will be required throughout the year. This is a permanent position and will commence immediately.

Previous experience required in a similar role is essential.

Qualifications required: Food Hygiene Certificate. Duties include: providing good quality home produced food, keeping the working area clean, food prep, monitoring and maintaining the quality of food produced from the kitchen, ensuring excellent presentation of food. The ability to produce volume meals within a 200 seat restaurant is essential.
