Magical Winter Nights - An Important Update - 11.11.20

We would like to reassure our customers that Magical Winter Nights is planned to proceed, however as a result of the First Minister’s latest announcement regarding the tier system, and in view of restrictions preventing the public from travelling between tiers outwith their local authority areas, we have decided to offer anyone currently residing outside of Angus the option to request a refund.

This refund offer is applicable until November 25th to allow for these tickets to be re-allocated within the Angus area. After this date tickets will be non-refundable as per our terms and conditions. Please note – should you choose to request a refund you will receive the full face-value of your tickets, however your booking fee, paid to Ticket Source, is non-refundable.

To protect the safety of all visitors and staff, and to reduce the risks posed by travel between tiers, we would strongly recommend that attendees are residents of Angus. If you reside in an area outside of the Angus local authority area we cannot guarantee that you will be able to attend.

To request a refund please contact the event organiser on marketing@brechincastlecentre.co.uk
