Yes. Although tickets for age 2 and under are free, each attendee is required to have a valid ticket for the relevant arrival slot and must be checked in on arrival. 

Named Season Pass holders (ie. only the names that are registered on each valid pass) receive a 25% discount on the standard online ticket price. The ‘on the door’ price increase is also waived for Season Pass Holders.

All tickets are non-refundable. Tickets can be transferred to another date up to 24 hours before your booked arrival time via our booking platform (hosted by Beyonk). Please use the MANAGE BOOKING button in your confirmation email.

If you have lost your tickets please contact [email protected]. Confirmation emails containing your tickets are usually received within 5 minutes of the booking being placed. If you have not received your confirmation email please check your junk folder. 

We will only close the park/cancel an event in the case of severe weather at our site, safety concerns, or other unavoidable circumstances. In such rare cases, tickets will be refunded in full. If we have to cancel an event attendees will be notified as soon as possible using the email address used to book tickets. Updates will also be posted on our website and social media channels where applicable.

In order for us to manage check-ins and avoid large queues it is important that you arrive within 30 minutes of your allocated time-slot as shown on your ticket and booking email ie. if you have booked the 5pm slot you should arrive between 5pm – 5.30pm. No matter which time slot you arrive in you are welcome to stay until the event closes at 8pm.

Our country park can become wet underfoot at this time of year. Although our trail does have pathways, due to the nature of our wooded areas and potentially challenging conditions it is not recommended for buggies and unsuitable for wheelchairs. If you require assistance or have accessibility needs, please contact us before booking, and we will try to assist where possible.

We cannot allow dogs or other pets in our centre or country park, with the exception of fully trained, recognised assistance dogs who are assisting to mitigate a person’s disability, including guide dogs in training (displaying the appropriate flash / handler identification).

Event marshals will be positioned around the park. Should you have any issues or questions whilst attending the event, they will be happy to assist you. Marshals will be easily identifiable by their fluorescent vests.

First aiders will be in attendance at the event. You will find green first aid signs around our park with a telephone number to call should you require medical assistance. If you cannot find a first aid sign please alert an event marshal, or call our centre phone number on 01356 626813.

Please be aware this is an outdoor event in a country park with lake. It is important that all visitors take care whilst moving around the park. Please note that the ground can be uneven with protruding tree roots or muddy in places.

Yes. Visitors can toast marshmallows and purchase hot chocolate at our firepits. A range of hot food and hot or cold drinks can also be purchased from our Coffee Shop.
