How your information is used & stored – Diamond Gardeners Card

We will hold your personal data on our systems if you have opted to receive updates and information by email about the Gardeners Club, including notification of any changes and marketing/promotional materials about goods on offer to you. The information you provide will be transferred to Mailchimp, our chosen email automation platform, for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy & Terms.

It is completely optional for you to register for the Gardeners Club. You will be able to ‘unsubscribe’ at any time. If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire to be contacted about our products, you can correct, update or delete your Personal Data at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ or ‘update your preferences’ link in the footer of any email you receive from us, or by contacting us at marketing@brechincastlecentre.co.uk. We will treat your information with respect. Your information will be securely destroyed/deleted should you unsubscribe from the Diamond Gardeners emails or card. We will promptly take action to ensure that you are “opted-out” from receiving any further mailing or other information. We will not share your personal information with third parties unless we are required by law to do so.
