This Christmas

Join Us On A Magical Woodland Adventure

Deep within the woods lies a hidden realm woven from storybook magic.

When the old door creaks open, it leads not to the world you know, but to Dragontale Hollow, where every creature is preparing for the most marvellous time of year… Twissmas.

But this year, something has gone terribly wrong. The grumpy troll Baz Humbug, who despises all things merry and bright, has been up to his old tricks. He’s stolen the joy from the woodland, muddled the wish lists, set a mischievous candy monster loose in the Twissmas Treat Town, and even locked poor Snuffy Claws, the kindly brown bear who delivers every Twissmas gift, inside a cage!

Now the Hollow needs your help. Only brave travellers from the human world can set things right. Step through the magical doorway and follow the winding woodland path, where each turn reveals a new chapter in the tale. You’ll wander past the frozen aviary filled with parcel pigeons covered in ice, the magical woodland post office where all the Twissmas cards and gifts are sorted, and a forest library watched over by a giant story-telling polar bear. Along the way, you’ll uncover secrets, solve puzzles, and search for the five hidden keys that can unlock Snuffy’s cage and save Twissmas once and for all.

So wrap up warm, open your heart to the magic, and prepare to step into a living story where every corner tells part of the tale, and every visitor becomes part of the legend.

A Journey Through Twissmas Magic

Step beyond the old wooden door and into a living storybook, where the forest has fallen under Baz Humbug’s mischievous spell. In the frozen aviary, the parcel pigeons hang mid-flight, waiting for visitors to melt the icy curse. Deeper in the woods, the stockings of Mouse, Hedgehog, and Snail hang beside their cosy fireplaces, but their wish lists have been muddled, and it’s up to you to set things right before posting your own letter to Snuffy Claws at the woodland post office.

At the Woodland Library, Tiny the giant polar bear counts down the “sleeps till Twissmas,” while the scent of sugar and spice drifts from the Twissmas Treat Town, where the naughty Cookie Crumbler hides among the treats. Finally, you’ll reach Baz Humbug’s gloomy cave, cluttered with sprouts and grumbles, where he plots to spoil Twissmas once and for all. If you can discover the five golden keys hidden along the trail, you’ll help free Snuffy Claws and be in with the chance of winning an annual Country Park Season Pass or one of many magical runner-up prizes.

Your journey ends in a snowy woodland clearing, where Nimbus, Snuffy’s magnificent Pegasus, waits beside the Twissmas Sleigh for a magical photo moment with you and your family.

The Adventure Continues...

Your Twissmas adventure doesn’t end with the trail – your ticket also includes access to all the other fun in the park including Dragontale Castle, our magnificent new wooden kingdom of towering turrets, swaying rope bridges, giant slides and medieval puzzles.

Don’t forget to race down the sledge run and zip-slide, bounce on the jumping pillows and try to find your way to the centre of the wooden maze. There’s also crazy golf, footgolf, go karts and lots more too.

Festive Treats

Within the Twissmas Trail you’ll find our festive firepits, where you can enjoy some warming hot chocolate, hearty soup, or toast your own marshmallows. You can also visit our outdoor food pod for a range of drinks & hot snacks including stovies, soup, hot dogs and chips, or head indoors to our coffee shop and warm up with a tasty meal from our Christmas menu. (Please note: all food, drinks and marshmallows are available to purchase separately and are not included in the Twissmas ticket price).
